The extension functions locally on your device to provide desktop notifications based on events within Sprinklr. The extension temporarily uses the logged-in user's Sprinklr UI token to make API requests required to see if a new case is assigned to the user for deciding if to send desktop notifications This token is not stored or shared and is only used to provide real-time notifications based on user activity within Sprinklr.

3. Permissions Used
To provide notifications, the extension may request the following permissions:

Notifications – To display alerts on your desktop.
Tabs – To open the correct tab when clicking the notification.
Storage - Safes the state of extension (on off), language preference & stores the tabId & caseId to know what tab to open when clicking the notification.

These permissions are strictly used to enable the core functionality and do not involve data collection or sharing.

4. Third-Party Services
This extension does not use any third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising services.
