Frank Philippa starts at Pegamento to professionalise contact centres

Frank Philippa (38) has been appointed at Pegamento as the person ultimately responsible for the further rollout of Sprinklr Service, the specialised Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS), also known as our Pegamento Contact Center. In this role, he focuses on organisations that want to professionalise their customer contact.

Philippa worked in various (management) positions at Xerox from 2009 to 2020 and was sales lead at the start-up Cobafin for the last two years. His combined knowledge of technology, business services, and customer management comes together in his new challenge. Pegamento plays an innovative role in the contact between people and organisations with new concepts and services. Contact centres are an important and, above all, rapidly evolving part of this process. Frank Philippa is responsible for the further development of this specialism, which is indispensable for public and private organisations with many clients, in the Netherlands. Sprinklr Service is the most recent concept in this area, which is developing as the new standard worldwide.
