The schedule provides insight into a period that you can set yourself (e.g. over the duration of 2 weeks). This way, your employees can always consult the current work schedule, so that there are no misunderstandings and so that no-shows can be avoided.

Exchanging

In this module, employees have the opportunity to swap shifts among themselves. The prerequisite for this module is that the workforce management package supports this functionality. The approval of this "mutual exchange" is carried out according to the current procedure within your organisation. The approval or rejection of the exchange request is communicated to the employees by means of a message on their phones (in Apptime).

  • Your organisation itself spends less time on finding replacements.
  • Employees agree among themselves whether to swap, so there is speed in the process (because the employee has arranged for a replacement).

Availability

In this module, hours are recorded for temporary workers. In other words, this module involves cooperation with the relevant employment agency and its systems.

  • Process in relation to approval of hours worked remains the same.
  • Increased accuracy in time registration.
